Millions of Londoners and tourists visit the eight Royal Parks for free each year. The 5,000 acres of carefully conserved historic parkland provide opportunities for enjoyment, exploration and healthy living in the heart of London. The Royal Parks are Bushy Park, The Green Park, Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent’s Park (with Primrose Hill), Richmond Park and St James’s Park
What We Did
For two years issues, crisis and community engagement were managed for the Royal Parks of London. It included Avian Flu outbreak, water restrictions, Live8, the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain and hyper local issues at Regent’s Park included with the tennis club and park opening hours.
Our Result
Carefully managed press and communication strategies, as well as clear and transparent communication to Londoners which meant that minimal negative press and the Royal Parks key messages were reported.
