Background

BPR was engaged to coordinate and manage the PR for M2 Custom Homes $31M residential land and housing development, Salisbury Park Estate, as well as a SOD Turning Ceremony to officially announce the commencement of the project.

 

What we did

BPR delivered a comprehensive PR and event strategy for the SOD Turning, including drafting and pitching a targeted media release. We curated a strategic guest list, managed RSVPs, and coordinated media enquiries with journalists, TV networks, and photographers for interviews and photoshoots. On the day, BPR managed the event, including designing and coordinating signage, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, we created and managed LinkedIn accounts for both M2 Custom Homes and Rob Marciano to enhance their online presence.

Result

A key highlight for the campaign was extensive coverage across multiple platforms, including TV with 9News Adelaide, online features on RealEstate.com, Glam Adelaide, and InDaily, as well as EDMs through Glam Adelaide. With this broad coverage, BPR generated significant local awareness, creating a strong, targeted buzz around the campaign and engaging a wide audience across traditional and digital media channels.
