Emotion is Dead
Background
Emotion is Dead, the most South Aussie film ever made, was written and directed by Pete Williams. With a cast full of South Australian up and coming actors as well as iconic filming locations including; The Big Rocking Horse, Freeway Tunnels and the Old Holden Factory, the film showcases all South Australia has to offer and more.
What we did
BPR were engaged to coordinate and manage the PR for Emotion is Dead. We drafted and strategically pitched a media release to announce the movie release and continued to liaise with journalists. As part of planning the launch event, BPR curated a strategic guest list for the VIP night including sending out event invites and managing RSVPS. Furthermore, we liaised with businesses including Villis, Pirate Life and FruChocs to arrange giveaways and offerings at the launch event.

Our Result
We successfully achieved extensive local and national media coverage as the screening tour began including news articles, weather crosses, radio interviews and a review on the ABC Breakfast program. In addition, we collaborated with a range of local South Australian businesses and personalities who contributed to the launch event and continue to show support.
